Jodie Turner-Smith Sued Over Brother’s Alleged Drug-Fueled Sex Parties

Siblings, particularly within our community, are taught to stick together through thick and thin. However, we’re not exactly sure those same rules apply when one is breaking the law.

Actress Jodie Turner-Smith has recently been hit with a lawsuit based on allegations that she financially supported a lifestyle for brother Richard Smith that included drugs, firearms and sex parties where nonconsensual activity occured.

According to TMZ, three Jane Does are behind the lawsuit, with each making their own startling claims against both Richard and the Queen & Slim actress. Jane Does 1 and 3 both accused Richard of pressuring them into drugs and sex, with the latter even admitting that she exchanged sexual favors for a place to stay in his Los Angeles home. Jane Doe 2 makes similar claims while also dragging his sister into the ordeal. In addition to them finding out that his house was actually in Jodie’s name, they also allege that she was in full knowledge of the operation, funded his supply, purchased him an Audi for the purpose of transporting drugs and would even indulge in cocaine with him.

The three Jane Does are together suing Richard for sexual battery, false imprisonment, emotional distress, and fraud among other charges. For her involvement, Jodie was hit with property-related negligence, negligence per se, child endangerment and aiding & abetting.

Representatives for Jodie issued a statement on the matter, telling TMZ, “This is a fictional lawsuit filed by someone who has been harassing Jodie while hiding behind the name Jane Doe. The claims are not true. This is an abuse of the legal system, allowing someone to make up facts and file meritless legal documents.”

The rep goes even further with yet another shocking claim that all three Jane Does are actually one person who’s been harassing the 40-year-old film star for some time now.

This just sounds like a made-for-Hollywood scenario in itself.
